Your passion for the quality of work you do should show in the attitude ( bob marley sounding gardener) Firstly , move away from customers that need a brushcutter to cut the lawn. They don't value your service. Secondly , value your time and invest in yourself (eg. Upgrade your skill level and tools) And lastly and this is my opinion, stop blaming a system thats been over for years (+-30). Wow, bruh. You kept it REAL 100% in this video. I have never been to S.A. but see the same thing in Nigeria. Folks cover entire yards or compounds with concrete, tile, interlock pavers, and all sorts of hard surfaces. But no green area anywhere. What they do rather is buy synthetic grass carpets ( plastic grass ) . Africans need a mentality and perspective shift. The way we love to give the whites our money is ridiculous. God help me as I intend to introduce lawn and garden services to clients in Naija.
