Completely agree, it was essentially a very well shot live concert film. I was hoping for something like the Slayer Repentless Killogy movie where there was a story tied between the music. The story sections were very sparse and included mostly silly gag skits. I was hoping see more Ghost lore built in and potentially see the other Papas make a brief appearance to pass on the torch to the next Papa. As a concert live film, it was beautiful and the rendition of If You Have Ghosts made it for me.

Yes, true, I am completely with you. The new version of 'If you have Ghost' made me feel goosebumps. It's just, I don't want to ruin the whole work that has been done for this movie, but that is the point - because I am a fan, this made me sad and made me cry, to feel this great disappointment on the other side... 😢 Ghost really changed more and more, seeing just evil or no sense in the other Papas, because why didn't they also support or help the other Papas, just Emeritus lV.? Now we know why. And that's killing me, to see how Tobias probably feels about the past members of the clergy. You know, what's kinda inconsistent? That all three Papas (l-lll), including Papa Nihil!, represented the darkness and dark ages, but we see the real darkness in the one that's supposed to be more glamorous, bright, new-fashioned and so on. I think that has become more and more a reason why I did like the older ones best. Ghost changed too much in a way that I'd say it's not that I don't like them any more, but I ask myself if they really stay up to my favourite no. 1 and that's also what's hurting me now, the feeling that I can't see this strong spirit in me right now. The ending credits were also a topic to make Emeritus lV. more appreciated, I think, but since Tobias is acting in the movie, I don't know if it's the right time to state something political, he could have talked about that if he would have mentioned something, but I guess it has nothing to do with a movie. Cardi also spoke about how much he wanted to be a good entetainer, well, the jokes and good advices for life did also Emeritus lll, for example, in such an elegant, lovely way that made me truly laugh. We don't know where the road of Ghost will lead is to, since the ending doesn't show a new Papa yet, but I am wondering if Tobias himself will continue singing, I hope so, I absolutely LOVE his voice. Lots of love to the Ghost-Family and the fans. I hope that there will be a movie, on the one hand the Emeritus lV-family, on the other, the ghosts if Emeritus l-lll, that there will be a time they will forgive each other and be thankful to one another what they could have learned frim each other and that they can find their true inner peace with it. The Love of Papa Nihil and Sister Imperator was something strong, a love story nearly every fan loved about and I asked myself if it stands fir Tobias and Boel, but also the two brothers, Emeritus ll and Emeritus lll, I thought it would be comparable to Tobias and his lost brother. He also strenghed him to start the band, believed in him, and these were the dark ages. I think the core of it all laid in the first Papas, where they extremely were gazed at because of their whole new dark creation. It affected more Goth or Emo people I think, so I think Forge also changed these style because of what's in and what's out, especially on young audience.

That's how the new fan base became so cringeworthy since, I miss the 2011-2016 era when we used to go to a Ghost show, a real Rock show without the obnoxious shit that we see in the audience.
