Hay algun método de tener audiolibros gratis dentro de audible
@MarceMedina

@ Hung Dong; I agree. To me ...the 50s are cool... the 60s are fantastic... the 70s are the "peak"... the 80s (and beyond) are dry and dead...!

I was born in 1970 and I remember my Dad singing that song and every time I listen to that song, It brings back memories. my point is music from the 50, 60, 70 that's music, but now the crap they sing today which sucks big time.

Because it was "cool" to look bored - there wasn't the impetus to dance to every song, you were trying to understand the deeper meanings of every song. You gotta remember that there were meaningful songs like "Whiter Shade of Pale" & "Eight Miles High" going around at the time. We were struggling to understand that there were simply cracking good "Pop" songs, which give perhaps only 2 minutes of pure delight 50 odd years later!

I saw another video of them doing this song on a TV spot from the same year, and it looked like an entirely different lineup of the band behind Chilton than what we see here. That means he must've replaced all of the original members in this clip with new guys. I can see why in a sense; These guys looks about stiff and nerdy as all get-out, especially the poindexter with the hideous-looking "Futuristic" axe! (Please accept my apologies if you're out there reading this! LOL!)

1967, what a memorable year for music. This is one of the best from that time. '67 was a bad time with civil unrest, Vietnam and the feminazis. But the music made it bearable. Life was less complicated, hectic and tense. Terrorism was non-existent. How I wish I could go back to those days. The music does that for me. Today's music sucks, especailly rap.

Perhaps they were waiting to see Jimi Hendrix or The Doors! The typography on the bass drum looks quite naff, mind you the name of the group was a bit daft. At least they weren't called The Duct Tape Four, Sticky Ricket and The Styfoams, The DL Envelopes, etc. The girl at the end summed it up beautifully! Alex Chilton could have been another Stevie Windwood. Wonder what happened to him?
