A great interview. John talks about being lucky , John made his own luck with incredible hard work. Harvard should do a case history on McElhinneys how someone in a very small town with a tiny population could develop a store nearly the size of Brown Thomas which now employs 200 people. A modest wonderful man who has not changed one iota from the young John who sold out of a van 1970. I was one of those Travellers who John never failed to pay on a Friday. Continued success to John and his family ,he deserves everything he has achieved and more. Jim Blake
