i figured it out just have at least 3 med sprays in storage, have 1 in your inventory with a knife then go into your typewriter send the knife into storage then back into your inventory and the icon should show on top once your in the merchant

Ok this is a great tune but sadly same again, ive heard great songs like this for almost two decades now and you need to do something or find people you can play with that just brings out something special. The genre needs a new style and maybe you are the one to do it! But doing this music we will never know
