I’m late to the party on this video but the side of concrete blocks are the weakest point. I would advise to put the block straight up and buy $3 cap block to put on top so your trailer doesn’t collapse with you in it.

Good eye. We still have it sideways. It’s been great and we have a bigger trailer now. Appreciate the heads up!

As a former mason, I cringed. The height and width of blocks are 7 5/8” so there are no height benefits. Blocks with cores in them have very little tinsel strength but massive downforce strength. Overtime, the block will naturally deteriorate and become brittle and collapse. Now, you’re not going to die when it happens, but it’s going to scare the bejesus out of you if you’re in there. Hopefully you won’t get burned with a coffee and fall. I would 100% flip the block with the cores facing up and throw a $2 cap block on top just for peace of mind. I believe they even sell special blocks for that. Good luck with your business! I jumped ahead on your coffee videos and saw that you are growing!

@Scott-tn5vn I checked today and in our new bigger trailer we have 4 small solid bricks. 🧱 (2 high and 2 wide) no cinderblock

Geraniums like high sun. I prefer to dry the banana peels and grind it then just soak the dried material in water. It seeps the nutrients much more than raw. If doing raw its better to chop up in small pieces for most surface area. Cheers.

You can plant them as soon as you get them. They won’t look so rough also if you learn how to prune them as they grow. They will look better than when they were in the pot the next year.

You need to wait until the tendrils that attach it to the vine are completely dried up. That melon needed at least another few weeks if not more.

How often do you water them?
@HappyFarmsLa
@HappyFarmsLa Ай бұрын
You can just stick your finger down in the soil and see if there’s moisture in there because you don’t wanna overwater but you don’t want it to get dry. It’s hard to tell you exactly how often to water them. It depends, but I will say you don’t wanna water from the top directly on the flowers, cause it will mold them, try to pour the water around the outside.

@HappyFarmsLa
@HappyFarmsLa Ай бұрын
We use DoorDash and it’s definitely worth it but the prices for DoorDash are the same as the menu prices which is what they recommend it’s only 15% for us because we live in a small town so we don’t need to do the wide reaching 30% so look into that 15% is plenty! You have an icemaker in a trailer?
