Actually I was just researching that. The research she refers to us correct. But, you can find data on statins for what ever results you want. I think pharma is trying to promote statins as an anti dementia drug. If statins helped Alzheimers by 32% every older person would be on it. 32%, like hell.

I am a teacher of English. BA graduate. I feel so tired from trying to find ways to cope with all that have changed in my capacity as an optimistic, philanthropic and loving human being. I will never be me again as I struggle to find peace and joy in my immediate space. TBI symptoms are both visible and invisible . It can prove some things clinically or statistically but not everything to the collective details that brings suffering, pain and fear. I lose my faith and then gain it again. I try to live in my dreams and hope. ❤

They would’ve been so nice to keep the mushroom separate so that Sophie could eat a few of them, but not have too many in case it ruined the meal for her

The most people I know who have MS are drinkers who have never smoked. Also if it effects people around puberty mostly women, read somewhere about prostegen, and diseases having to do with an hormone imbalance. Makes sense also with insulin hormone. Toxins and infections. Latent viruses is worth looking into as well. If you take away the cause. Maybe some hope. Its known with fasting can heal myelin fibres. Maybe even people who eat and snack throughout the day with a junk processed diet, never giving their bodies a chance to heal over many years, could he a cause. Pesticides and toxins all make sense. People I know with MS either drink heavy ir do a jib invilving chemicals. Very dangerous things in laundry washing liquids, many banned in other countries. Breathing in daily, also in the air if drying clothes inside and in the bidy. Odd thst sweating and heat can make it worse. The laundry fabric on the clothes you wear?

Thankyou. I trust your discussions because you explain in depth what values are at play in the studies. Fascinating. I'm lucky enough to eat out of my garden and would advocate people in cities need access to land and support to learn how to grow. The brain health benefits of going to the garden cannot be over emphasized, Thankyou.

I saw the rogan podcast with the guy promoting lion mane so I said why not and purchased capsule form of the product. I’m suppose to take 2 caps a day which equate to 1000mg. I watched some videos about the product like this one and ran into a video with a guy saying it was working for him but he had trouble sleeping because his brain was in a over drive mode if that makes sense. His message was to maybe start small with the dosage. I took that in since I have trouble sleeping at times. I received the product and took 1 pill a day instead of 2 for 4-5 days straight. Honestly didn’t feel too much maybe a little more alert for a few hours but thats all. Could’ve just been in my head for all I know. I went out of town and didn’t take any for a week. Came back home and took 1 pill a day for only 2 days and stopped. I’m always inconsistent with this kinda thing that’s why I never buy but after taking the last pill maybe like 10-14 days later one day at night I had trouble sleeping got 2-3 hours of sleep and In the morning I was on go mode focused and alert and knew exactly what needed to be done in the day. As the day progressed it got stronger like crazy, I honestly felt like I was on drugs in a good way lol. Im not a druggie but just like every other average man I did party in my younger days and tried some things. Extacy and coke a few times. It was NOT that intense as far as relaying it to drugs but my mental clarity was on another level. My brain was firing on all cylinders I was so sharp. I recently opened a debt settlement company and my business partners were like wtf is wrong with you? This is amazing! Where this come from? This is the partner we were waiting for! That kind thing and of course throwing some jabs at me lol I had no idea what it was and where it came from to a point where the night before I couldn’t sleep I took a acetaminophen cap form pill due to a headache. I was on Google researching if there were stories where a employee at a factory ever laced an over the counter med and got in trouble etc haha it was that dramatic of a improvement. I thought about the lion mane but I was like no way I’ve only taken like 7-8 of them in a month and haven’t even touched them in 2 weeks. Using chatgpt I was trying to see why I felt this way and I came across “flow state” basically means your in a high and adrenaline surge from being engaged in a task and having some break throughs so I related it to being a new business owner but the way I was feeling was way too intense. I’m sure it had a little to do with it but on a very small scale. Did more research on lion mane and found out it’s hits everybody differently including the duration of when the affects and benefits kick in. Days-weeks-months. People I watched online felt the difference in days so that’s why I was thinking it was not the mushroom but when I dug deeper it has to be! I never write comments as you can probably tell by the grammar but it works 100%. That crazy feeling was 2 days ago and today is the third day, I still feel good but it’s not as intense. First day let’s say was a 10/10, second 7/10, and today 5/10. Keep in mind I still haven’t taken any additional lion mane. I have a sore throat and it has to be because I’ve done so much talking last 2 days. Called all my close ones and was just giving life advise and having heart to hearts with some issues I know going on in their lives. I didn’t tell them I tried mushrooms and they were like “hey wtf is wrong with you” what are u on? Joking way. I played dumb like what do u mean how am I different? They said articulating my thoughts clearly and smoothly, my tone and confidence, everything was just flowing and I was so focused with my thoughts and advise. Personally I’m more excited to use this new “boost” in the business world and my personal relationships.

Just watch your video on vascular Damitia. My husband is 61, our Doctor finally ordered an CT SCAN . They Diagnosed him with vascular Damitia. We live in a small town in OK. Two hours from Oklahoma City, OK. We don't know any Doctors here. Can you recommend a good Neurologist? We are desperate and scared.

There is clear evidence and medically proven connection between the gut and brain. So if what we eat goes to through our gut and is absorbed into the brain (and body) wouldn’t the brain need the saturated animal fats as it’s preferred energy source ? This is why so many mental illnesses, auto immune and inflammation related illnesses exist. It is the seed oils and overly processed foods making and keeping us fat & sick.

Lowering cholesterol has not been shown to decrease CAD by more than a small fraction. The “absolute risk reduction” is only less than 1%! And taking statins extends your lifespan by FOUR DAYS!! Literally! Watch Malhotra discuss statins on Joe Rogan Podcast!! The side effects are much worse.

On a more positive note going forward, as it relates to Diet and Mental Illness and recovery, their one Dr. Psychiatrist Chris Palmer. He has been doing research in which he has found that doing Ketogenic Diet including being open to Vegetarian and Vegan based Ketogenic Diet while still using medication has brought great and wonderfully surprising results. Through Dr. Palmer studies he states of seeing the connection at the Mytochondia and Metabolic level. He believes persons with other forms of Mental Illness can be greatly helped as well. See Dr. Palmer’s book entitled: Brain Energy. Example, Dr. Palmer has been working with Patients even with very severe cases like Bipolar and Schizophrenia and has seen wonderful results after helping parents lose weight and eventually the patients are get off their medication and live a normal life again. Some other Doctors are seeing similar resolves. Other Doctors are looking into gut issues and micro biome as well. See this KZbin Playlist which includes Testimonials - Blessings - Reklamation Ministries 😊

Surprised that a Doctor would be pushing drugs versus changing your diet to low carb/sugar etc to reduce cholesterol, got to make the sales cut off to get the free trip to the convention, I guess.
