My opinion is I think it is what they are doing to our food. In 2014 I went to see a GI doctor and they tested me and found that I was lactose intolerance, IBS, SIBO but did not test positive for celiac disease. Ten years later and after suffering with stomach pain (gut area) running to the bathroom and then I would eat gluten (Latin it means glue) and it started over and over again. Please don’t think I didn’t see doctors for my condition, they had no clue what was going on, they wanted to give me drugs and I refuse. One day, while on my iPad I typed in celiac disease just to see if someone could help me. And doctor Peter Osborn asked me to give up gluten (wheat) for one month and then go back and eat gluten. Immediately I had no more pain, stopped running to the bathroom until I went back and ate gluten again. It has been 3 months I have been gluten free. I ask my primary doctor too test me for celiac disease, the report indicated I did not have celiac disease but the readings said if I was within 70-350 of the measurement, my measurement was 320 and that was after I gave up gluten. Which tells me had I not gave up gluten the numbers would have been higher. NEXT STEP I am going to see ANOTHER GI doctor in January. The Body is not easy to care for

The whole thing's a joke. Any study of so-called weight "loss" that doesn't last at least 4 years is absolutely worthless. Talking about weight "loss" as if it's anything other than a transient, temporary event is irresponsible and unsubstantiated by anything anywhere. The whole design of the study was screwing up everything by throwing calorie restriction into the mix. Why didn't they compare the two diets with people eating and living normally? Absolute garbage.

Just after I made this for my own dinner, your video came as well as another chick pea omelet video… Karen’s vegan kitchen. Never heard of her before. She folded in whipped aquafaba into her chickpea flour batter (like you’d fold in whipped meringue to a recipe). She said it lightens up the dense batter. Makes sense. I like your herb recipe better but I’ll try the aquafaba trick next time too.

I don't believe it. It's totally counterintuitive. And from what I've seen in the older women I've known who haven't been on het have worse dementia. And if I'm at risk for it anyway I'd rather go down fighting ie taking hormones.

Even if that is true the RCT's on statins show clinically insignificant benefit in terms of cvd, i.e. death, heart attack and stroke. The relative risk reduction can be impressive but the absolute rik reduction is minimal

Thankyou so much for that important bite sized info!! Desperately trying to get better from various conditions, and my experience is you have to find out how 4 urself rather than just rely on your own doctors. Im very grateful for you medical doctors who we know we can trust are using science and evidence to help folk be well 🙌

My son who is 15 with autism and epilepsy is using antiepileptic valproic accid , and atipshychotic drug. Nobody knows to tell me is it safe if I try it with him, and I would like to try it if it is safe, since lack of communication is the main reason for his acting out.

Oh my goodness I'd never heard that - thankyou. I have strong legs, big relatively to my slighter upper body - but MRIs showed my brain has been excessively shrinking, it even showed what they thought was a tumour, but that disappeared within 6mnth of being seen. No1 has given me any info on how to help my brain, and it's cognitive decline is disturbingly increasingly evident. Im WFPB but started eating oily fish just incase, even though i do not want to and have heard conflicting evidence. I am going to follow you two and go back into your past information. Heartfelt thanks 🙌

Does anyone deal with a family member that has changed personality? Also anger issues, 1 day they wake up and are depressed see everything negative, they accuse you of things. They interprete things the wrong way. Take things literally…and maybe couple hours later they are normal :( What do you do if the accusing is bad, who can help (?) and will a doctor keep the secret of not telling the person that you want them checked out because they get angry if they know that you called for them to be checked out 😔😢 tiring. Sad situation

Sounds like a pharma shill. Forgets that people affected are pretty smart now, and have more time and access to published research data and understand how pharma fudge or misrepresent findings, suppress findings or even design the study to ensure their drug profits are protected. (eg relative risk reduction promotion instead of absolute risk, underplaying side effects by having a run-in period for trials to exclude those with side effects, or keeping the primary data secret even after the patents have long expired, in case they get exposed/found out. Why is it that if cholesterol is everywhere in the blood, plaques only occur in the arterial system, not veins, but if you graft a vein to a coronary, plaques appear there… Why would we have evolved to make cholesterol …. if it’s so harmful, unless it’s a response to something else? Insulin can kill you, but it’s a response to sugar… So what is the TRUE proven cause of arterial plaques… hint: it’s not cholesterol… just because you find fire retardant foam at a fire, or a fireman, does not mean they caused it! If you are going to make a video, show your sources, we are pretty savvy these days… and well connected!
