Do I read Vol. 1 all the way through, then Vol. 2, or Vol. 1 and 2 simultaneously?

But is it good for every game or just shooters and racing games. Is it a replacement for rpg games. I play a ton of shooters. But when I wanna kick back and play a RPG is this controller good for that or should I then switch to the regular Xbox controller ? Anybody ?

I just finished..it was hard to get into for sure. I liked Dangerous Things better, then Flicker in the Dark, than this one. I’ll keep reading her work, but I believe it’s based on her college experience (not the mystery), so it almost feels like this was more for her than anyone. Which is great, I can respect that, it was just so so. Great review!

I read this all in a day yesterday. The 100 pages in the middle just didn't really fell needed, like the break in for the keys is the only major thing that happens. I am glad the ending had a twist, felt very early till the last 40ish pages you knew what happened. Writing at the beginning was cringe at best. Not great, not horrible, interesting enough to read in a day

Why would I pay more for less issues?

by far the best review i’ve seen on these. have loved the movies my entire life and been wanting to finally read them, and figured getting a good edition that will last is best… these look absolutely gorgeous and i think will fit me perfectly. appreciate the video, you’re awesome!

The first part to me dragged and I said to myself 'the twist probably has something to do with POV of the diary is nothing like the POV of the main character that finds the diary'.... and I was right.

I like the Alan Lee boxset. I'm not a big LOTR fan but I am glad I bought it. The paper, text and illustrations are nice. I like how the header to each page is printed in red. Some people have complained that the illustrations are kinda flat and I can see that argument. Also I was peeved to find one of the pages in my copy of The Two Towers had a jagged/miscut top corner, so quality control was evidently not as high as you'd get from The Folio Society. It's not a dealbreaker though, even with the price of the set.

I think i bought a second hand version of this boxset, in the LOTR books i have the illustrations at the end of each book...

Likes 88% of the book. The ending was very unsatisfactory to me. Not the actual conclusion necessary, but how it was done was bad imo

I came to post some info. If you purchase this omnibus (by Morrison) AND the Tower of Babel Deluxe (by Waid), you'll have all issues 1-46 for this JLA run with exception of 3 issues: 27, 35, 42. Those 3 issues were not authored by Morrison nor Waid, so it makes sense. This full JLA run is supposedly 125 issues, but 1-46 is a great chunk :) That full-color hardcover art under the paper is gorgeous!!

I've loved this book/these books for over 50 years and now rereading after a long break. I think chapter one, dealing with the Party in a fairly light-hearted way feels in many ways like a continuation of the Hobbit. Chapter 2 is where it goes up a gear and becomes much darker and you realise this is a different deal than the Hobbit. Great review thanks.

I did consider getting this, especially as it's on sale right now. However, I'm just not as wowed as I was by my Rune Factory 5 box with the art book, sound track, and steel game case. Love it! I got RF4 Special digitally, so can't speak for any limited or deluxe editions they did of that. All things considered, I think I'm just going to get RF3 Special's standard edition, especially since the game case itself is the same.
