Why not just dismantle the tank and take it to chennai, especially the 2ft tank. You can store all the plants in a bucket of water, they will survive for a week or som, even without much light. Im saying this because the Buce and crypt looks nice and its taken time to grow to that state. The fish you can ask your local store if they'll take it.

I newly setuped 90cm planted tank with bottom wild lava gravel and ada soil and co2 injection Neo Helios led light I use rotala blood red, Alternethra Reineckii,Bacopa Salzmannii 'Purple and other plants except rotalla blood red all plants melted and rotala is growing very slow i dont knw the reason can u tell

There might be several reasons. Mostly, for newly planted tank it will be ammonia level. Check ammonia level before water change to see if levels are not too much. Do regular water change, it will be okay

You can, refer my nano tank with sobo light. It has Rotala blood red. Color may not be visible as compared to good lights but it will grow fine. And apt complete is little powerful for the setup. Try and see
