Never use water. Easier way to start is peel just a corner peeling only a little bit of the backer. Use a squeegee.

Hey Jesse. Nice work! I want to race ftr next season. Im a total beginner. Do you have some recommendations for places i can practice? Im in Cape Coral, Fl but im willing to travel. So far Croom is the only place anyone recommends. Thanks in advance!

I miss the go pro part of the videos, felt like we were more involved in the racing, now just a spectator lol. I’m an amateur racer and Indiana is my home state, good to see you racing here. Keep on keepin on, champions are made on the bad days.

Try keeping a paint bucket full of rice on the van. You can work your hands in, and out of the rice in various ways to simulate arm pump, while developing forearm and grip strength. Plenty of videos on youtube with different techniques. Cheap, easy to obtain, worth a shot. Keep plugging away, your time will come.

Hey Jesse,i did some professional photos for QXC2 rider Jeremy JeDonne including some product photos which included "Formula 99" which is a supplement for arm pump. He sells it at his shop and he swears by it and it's money back guaranteed. I talked to a few other Riders and they said that since they started taking it they have yet to get arm pump out on the course. I don't know if you tried it but I wanted to let you know about it😊

You are faster than you realize. Just keep working at it. If you have to sit out a few races to get yourself ready it's no big deal. You have natural talent and you can't buy that.

Once dehydrated it takes 2 to 3 days of heavy drinking to catch up. Dehydration promotes inflammation. And 16 hours of driving promotes inflammation. Try 2 alive (Naprosyn). 2 are 440mg the perception is 500. Take them 1.5 hours before you will need them. Do be careful of that inflammation. It becomes carpal tunnel syndrome in short order. Trust me. You don't want it. Paraffin soaks and anti-inflammatory plus specific stretches will save the day. Occupational therapist can help teach you how to take care of your nerves. I speak from decades of experience. I also raced and worked 70 hours a week. Now I have pain daily. I fight it and work around it like a beast, but it kinda sucks.
