Being in Grad school I’ve def gone through deep feelings of burnout. I find that during those times creating breaks for myself is so necessary even in a program with such strict deadlines 🤷🏾♀️ they’ll be Ight LMAO. Also leaning on my community for support, being around people who remind me of joy, allowing others to pour into me while catering to my own needs as well are all such essential factors in the recovery process🙂↕️

Hi love! I would say medium - the triangle bikini will still give you the coverage you need and if you do the crop top, it has enough stretch. The large might be a little too loose but all depends on the fit you prefer. Hope this helps 🤎
