Sifan Hassan Athelete of the year ?? Very Respectfully, i honestly don't understand the creteria which the judges used to reach the decision ! I /We would have loved and expected to see Faith Kipyegon of Kenya who has broken 3 world records and has beaten Sifan Hassan numerous times !
