I wouldn't have guessed how spacious the interior is just looking at the exterior. The exterior itself is very attractive-I like how they did the porch and its "columns." That's a pretty big backyard too. Very nice.

I used to live in the Lake Morton area. But my husband got sick, and I got sick, now I need a miracle in the finance department. Ended up renting again which, I like, Because I don't want to do anything to outdoors. I have extreme allergies weeds, trees, grass, you name it. I just want to enjoy without all of that. Trying to get a senior housing, with someone else taking care of the outside. I never miss paying my rent or my mortgage. Trying to get low-income housing, I know I'm looking for something for nothing, but I'll always was one to have faith. I tried to get in the housing on the mall hill, but they were gone when I tried. I have raised my kids to be productive grownups, and now my grandbabies are productive grownups as well. We just want a nice place to live without paying so much. The apartment have people that doesn't care about the place, they trash it, and make you not want to be here. especialy paying almost 1800 dollars a month. for people that's on social security, that needs to come down. If you know of anyone that can help two seniors get a nice quiet place, please contact me, I always pay, and love to take care of the home. Just no yard work. get a good payment plan, I can pay someone to do that.

Don’t forget to mention that this community is garbage 🗑️ Polk county and most definitely Lakeland Florida were the whole community is build on aggressive drivers road rage most of the city doesn’t even have sidewalks nobody is friendly 💯 facts and if u ride bicycles your targeted by police and this isn’t a opinion 💯 this is all actual facts…..don’t move there ……

Just be mindful that with all of those oak trees, 1 hurricane or tropical storm will make your life a living hell.

It's move-in ready right now as far as I'm concerned. Some of the retro elements I would not touch-too pretty. If I lived here, I would consider myself incredibly lucky.
