I was on that flight after spending 12 days with cousin, Had a goodtime visiting her and now I was flying back to Auckland to see my dad. I already miss New Zealand and I am going back in 2026 for 2 months. Can't wait

Let me say I realize that this may sound completely ridiculous but when I'm in my seat and preparing for takeoff is when I realize I'm about to be floating at 30-35k feet and any malfunction of the plan will most likely result in my death. At that point is when I want to get off the plane. Feelings of unendurable terror and panic fill my mind and body. That's why I don't fly. I say this knowing there are hundreds of planes flying over my head right now and 99% of them do not have any issues. But that knowledge doesn't calm me. If I could be 100% sedated to complete unconsciousness before a flight and only woken up when on the ground, then I'd be happy to fly.
