Flocked pets don’t have a bobbling pet! You’ll find this with any and all flocked pets. Their heads turn but don’t bobble

The sitting short hair probably has broken peg, but if you don't like she doesn't bobble you can change it (there's a lot of tutorials!) :)

that pet isn't supposed to bobble, none of the flocked pets have bobble pegs (they can still be peg swapped)
