Kevin is a straight up thief. “Maybe I’ll invest more after the $100,000” In the grand scheme of things, the man can raise the other $100,000 later down the road, might take a bit longer to achieve for him to invest in other areas but that is not worth giving up 50% of his company from the start. Mark made a solid point because what’s stopping him from acquiring 1% more then that would make Kevin the owner an could potentially boot the founder out of his own company that HE started in the first place.

In most shark tank clippings I’ve seen so far they all walk in to pitch deals for Mark if he backs out they either settle for Lori or Robert but have never seen any of them intentionally there to close deals with Kevin, this clip proves why

Mark cuban wasn't really intrst in his company but as Kevin trys to rob his company he felt pity for Alexander ... Alexander was left with no choice but to accept yes from Kevin but then Cuban Stood up with an offer same as Kevin with lower percentage of owning the company

I actually like Mark's approach. The guy wants to both make money for himself and his partner on fair conditions. That's how you do business, being ethical and honest.
