Why does everyone think that masses of people were killed as witches? Actually, it was a pretty short period and not a lot of people. Here....By the end of the Salem witch trials, 19 people had been hanged and 5 others had died in custody. Not exactly "mass" murder, though horrific it was. I enjoyed the series a lot.
