Ive been watching these experts on KZbin do what you did but they dont do it like how you do. Your technique is better than anyone ive seen so far. I see them use to hot air gun but you dont and yours is way neater without doing the extra work. Can you do a video on the flux you use.

The pcb has been passing through several heat zones with high temperature at reflow soldering process after smd. So it should be no need to apply flux for protection of overheating when removing component from the pcb, unless you blow hot air at same point of the pcb for long time.

resistors values are not always exact they all have tolerance levels or margin of error from the factory
