You know how some video set ups make cars look fast but most make them look slow ? This is not some. Unfortunately for us it looks so very slow . I can tell it wasn’t but .

What makes you think it isn’t real. Its still running an A series. It was in the supermini championship in Australia in the 80s.

Oh yes it is it’s got a slightly different Clubman nose and an a series engine, I had two way way back and a 970 & 1275 s. Horrible to work on!

2015 was when we last ran anticlockwise, anticlockwise figure 8 was used at AHC2011. We'll run anticlockwise figure 8 on 29th September. Hyped you came out to a multiclub, much more relaxed than the VHC rounds! Happy birthday also. See you on the 30th!

1293cc aluminum head/1.5 roller rockers with a dcoe45 blow threw carby. turbo is a m10 garret. the whole car was built in the 80's by my father. I have just tried to get it going after 20 years of sitting in the shed.

147hp on a safe tune. i have'nt been been driving this car for long. Nor racing FWD cars long so everything is still newish to me.

Its actually the turbo’s limits. If i had a slightly bigger turbo or more boost it would pull a little harder.

It’s about torque and drivability I would think. We saw 8 port cross flow heads back in the 70’s I’d forgotten about those in the pre turbo days. They revved hard and really sang. Wonder what happened to those bits
