@Averagecamping8 күн бұрын
@@REEDhoman I’m sorry but I don’t understand your question, you mean how do you lay the line on to the reel as you’re reeling it in? If that’s what you’re asking: you essentially use your thumb that you’re holding the rod with to do it.

Non-stick top? No, thanks. I see Blackstone finally figured how to get rid of that wind robbing gap. I cannot understand why it took so long, seems obvious. My guess not going with stainless was a weight saver. I guessing for someone storing a griddle in an unheated camper for months unused, not having to deal with rust might be an advantage. Personally, I want my smash burgers stuck to the top. I rather have the upkeep, be able to cut, chop, whack meats apart on the stainless, with extreme prejudice.

Bro been so busy with work, but I took the reel out fishing in Mexico. Got on some halibut, corvina, trigger fish with it. Reel is really nice, casted super well and the drag sounds good. I’m def keeping the reel in my arsenal, it also feels super sturdy. I’ll make a video in the near future. Going back to Mexico to fish the ocean again in a couple weeks.

@TheLegendaryTaco where yall going fishing bro? Depending on how much saltwater exposure you may get, look into the KAPSTAN SE. I made a video of that reel as well. It’s IPX6 rated so more waterproof compared to the Spartacus but also a bit more $

@@Averagecamping LOL. I wetsuit for striped bass and one night while walking out in our wetsuits swimming to rocks me and my friends were talking about building custom rods and how we were going to make them as light as we possibly could buying titanium torzite guides blah blah blah and one of the old timers said "why are you spending so much $ to make the rods 1oz lighter......are you building them for yourselves or you're wife's" cut like a knife right though butter. Too good not to now use against someone else 😂 I still bought the titanium torzite guides. They weighed less which made our lamiglas gsb recover faster ECT but the old man was right at the end of the day.
