That’s sweet. I didn’t realize you could start summon like that from within the car. Is that only certain hardware models? Also, do you have lines on the floor or is it just backing straight up from the point it is at?
@YouTubeKeN4 күн бұрын
It’s a little complicated. The Tesla’s with Ultrasonic Sensors could do it but it was disabled on the newer ones that shipped without it sensors. But Tesla removed the functionality temporarily when they started shipping FSD 12 builds. You can also use your key fob to have it go forwards and backwards as well. I’m sure in the near future all vehicles with sensors or not will have the functionality back. 😁

@@KZbinKeN Thanks for the quick replies. I got the part in. Connected the F9 and it worked BUT the damn latch would not work so the piece wasn't in solidly if that makes sense. The wheel covers should fit if you have the same V2 19-inch sports wheels. One key step during installation is to first align the cover with the tire pressure valve stem. Make sure it’s properly lined up before snapping the rest of the cover into place. If you’ve tried this and are still having issues, let me know. The ones you received could be defective.

A thoroughly enjoyable video. You had a couple of opportunities to say, "Tesla has that also," but you didn't take them. Tesla records accidents if the horn is blown or air bags displayed and there is an option to do this manually. You can also see all the cameras if wanted. That's probably why you have cool friends like this one. He started off saying he didn't like automation, and bit by bit, showed that he knows quite a lot about Elon and Tesla. You are both "hoopy froods" (Hitchhikers Guide).
@YouTubeKeN2 ай бұрын
Robert, thank you so much for watching! It's funny you mentioned that-- I thought about Tesla's Sentry Mode built-in security features during editing. Still, I wanted to give my friend his moment since he was proud of his Wolfbox dashcam setup. I just felt like (in the moment) celebrating what others are excited about, even though I knew Tesla has an incredible security system right out of the box. I'm not that Tesla owner who does those things all the time. You are correct again about him knowing a lot about Elon. It's refreshing that a (gas-lover) like him still recognizes and respects what Elon is trying to do and keeps an open mind. I appreciate your comment more than anything, especially because you watched all (or most) of the video and took the time to make an educational and positive comment. Every chance I get, I try to let viewers know I do this channel for fun, and it's great to have support from people like you. Thank you once again!

Good question. It would probably work but Tesla doesn't provide anything official on the rear doors that I could see. I know you can get them on all 4 doors from 3rd party company's but these models often report lower brightness on the rear doors as the current flow there is not as strong as on the front doors.

@@KZbinKeN I just checked. Tesla offers two options through a third party: 2 additional years (up to 40k kilometers) at 1800 euros, 4 years (up to 80k kilometers), 3600 euros. Does not cover consumables, battery and motors (that have their own warranty). And the wording is a bit opaque, like you have to pay for service and get a refund rather than having the car serviced under the extended warranty agreement. Only requisite: the car must be in warranty (under 4 years since purchase, fewer than 80k kilometers).
