why is he screaming at the top of his lungs when he gets a point
@perkerk4 ай бұрын
It’s pretty common for some players to celebrate when they win the point, often with “cho” or “cho-le”, just a table tennis thing. But to celebrate toward your opponent is disrespectful. I don’t think Chad gets that. Combine that with the screaming like Harimoto just makes him obnoxious in some people’s minds. That might be why his opponent celebrates with a load cho at the very end of the match when he beats Chad, to taunt him

thanks for posting. Wow, I've seen players hit the table, fling their racket, kick or even throw a barrier, etc. in frustration, but this is the first time I've seen a player lift up the end of the table 😲. Lucky it didn't break off the corners by the net post clamps.

I love table tennis, but the complete lack of sportsman is a real turnoff. I have played in tournaments before, only once have I yelled after winning a point, during a win by 2 when the sets were tied 2 to 2

Both should be carded for shouting at each other... sportsmanship, etiquette must be taught early
@titosarmiento83332 жыл бұрын
I thinks shouting at is an instinct in table tennis there is nothing like it in lawn tennis almost half of top players are doing it a tension reliever like wiping their hands in the net portions of the table it's just a matter of controlling the sound created so it won't be obvious.
@andrem7th2 жыл бұрын
this guy should have been red carded twice, for kickin the table and the barrier.

What a shame the refs don't give yellow cards for either kicks to the table... very unsportsmanlike behavior !!
@CarolinaTT2 жыл бұрын
The umpire did give him a yellow card for kicking the table, Mishel also received a red card for kicking the barrier which resulted in the loss of a point. You will see this if you watch the Full Match on the channel. This was only the highlights. Thanks for watching.

Mishel should’ve received a yellow the first time he kicked the table. Second time should’ve been yellow-red. This is a nice umpire , and in the end both are excellent players.

Man if i was to play with him a fight might break out, i find that disrespectful.
@ottoparts7892 жыл бұрын
@@n9nemillagun209 I understand frustration definitely, but to kick the table twice is just unheard of.
@purpleducttape14432 жыл бұрын
The whole tournament was pretty unprofessional in general. The first time he kicked the table there was no ref. A ref only stepped in after the second time he kicked the table and yellow carded him. The ref attempted to yellow card the first time but considering he was literally in the audience, he didn't have much power. Also it's not seen here but mishel also switched coaches in the middle of the match as well as harassed an audience member for rooting for his opponent, both not legal
