I really like the symbolism when Julie actually keeps the door open for Luke to come inside his house. Ever since he died he probably just went through the door or teleported inside, but this time it's like his parents opened the door for him. This moment is kinda like a closure for both Luke and his parents.

hey, I'm like 3 years late to this show but I think it's definitely ok to ship Luke and Julie, the characters are essentially the same age. since ghosts don't age. i just think people (understandably) get confused and don't want to make it seem like they ship CHARLIE and Madison. but has playing a character we need to separate art from the artist. Charlie plays Luke that doesn't mean Charlie IS Luke. that being said I fully intend to ship Luke and Julie and falsely hoping they renew for season 2. though the actors will all look VERY different considering how long ago the first season was made. so idk if a high school setting would work anymore.

Well they rehearsed the song with sunset curve so they guys know what to do already they just didn’t do it with Julie yet. Bc it was Alex Reggie luke and Bobby that were playing that song. It just never ended up being played at their shows bc they didn’t finish it he said or like they didn’t have time to finish working on it.
