Yeah never thought I would, but I am. And I do feel the positive change. But I feel you! It is difficult to resist a cup of coffee, even if you know you feel better without it. Expensive restaurants are not always the best option, especially in Mexico. It is easier to get sick in those restaurants than eating on the street or in places that don't seem so hygienic, but that have a lot of people, which tells you that the food is spectacular and of course clean and fresh. Regarding coffee, on one occasion I had a client who owned coffee plantations in Chiapas. He would invite us to breakfast at business meetings and give us a coffee that he called Oro (gold). He said it was high-altitude coffee and he gave us a 2 kg bag. It was the best coffee I have ever tasted in my life.

I am now beginning to sell coffee and am asking if you would like to buy fresh coffee beans.
