Sorry for the delay in response! I bought the brakes from Canley Classics - they are 4 pot race calipers (duel piston) with vented disks... www.canleyclassics.com/suspension-steering-and-brakes/big-brake-kit Excellent brake system - the only problem was that I needed bigger and alloy wheels to fit over. Cheers, Luke

My favourite classic car. Can't wait to see part 3. Well done on preserving this beauty.

Curious - why did you paint, then weld? (I'm a newbie so I don't know the "right" way but I would have thought strip, weld, paint?)

I painted it first and then realised that the welding needed to be done on further inspection. So went back and fixed the outrigger. Just one of those things!! I was also a newbie to it at the time. Best to fix all the problems before painting as you want as cleaner metal surface as possible for welding.

Is "part 2" the end, and this is the beginning? Or is it a different car?

Same car but near the end of the project. The restoration was completed over a 4 year period - approx 2011 to 2015. I just need to put the videos together. TBH I'm not sure how much content I will have (maybe 3 or 4 parts) and I don't want to make each of the videos too long.

David Plass sorry. I’ll try and show as much of the process as I can. Hopefully it’ll still be of some interest. But if not, no worries. The next project I do will be live 😁
