I am going through this as well. My reading is that Everyone might feel different symptoms. Someone will sway side ways, someone might feel the gravitational pull etc... But this is manifestation of constant stress and anxiety you have gone through. To control vertigo and imbalance, control your stress and anxiety. This impacts your vestibular system. Follow balance exercises given by ENT, try meditation, keep yourself busy. This has helped me to somewhat recovery. Don't ignore this for too long, as constant imbalance will start impacting your ears, giving rise to tinnitus, hearing loss like problems. My ENT says this can be cured by reducing stress, through balancing exercises, meditation. Hope for the best. You need to get your nueral path ways back on track. Best of luck guys!!

I had a severe panic attack a month ago and multiple attacks after.. I went to the ER and all they prescribe you is poison antidepressants... Do not take those... It had worse side effects and made me feel suicidal.. Thank God I'm not that type but it was the darkest feeling I've ever had. It's been a month and I still have this horrible boat swaying even when I'm laying down... When it's really bad it literally feels like gravity is pulling you to one side

Hi Antoinne. Stumbled across your video now. Been through a rough 2 years with a health scare(that amounted to nothing after a second opinion). But there is always this doubt, like what if. That combined with COVID 19 anxiety for almost 18 months, led to me being put on antidepressants and benzos. I stopped cold turkey after a month of SSRIs. I had been taking the benzos intermittently(3 days at a time) when I have extreme symptoms. Now I have realized that the medication has put my entire body out of sync. I have had gastric problems, urinary retention, back, neck aches, muscle spasms, headaches,tinnitus..that have come and gone. The symptom I have now the most debilitating symptom is this constant rocking sensation, more prevalent when I stand still and try and focus. But it's there in a milder form when lying down. Tinnitus is still there and strangely dominant when this floating and rocking sensations are felt. Also had the walking on pillows sensation, that is not that bad anymore. After many tests, including brain MRI, ENT evaluation, heart scan, blood tests..etc, etc etc...they doctors have found nothing. I have been researching (like all anxiety sufferers do) to find answers and a path of recovery. I have accepted that my brain and inner ear have been affected by quitting the meds(which has made my anxiety worse). This has caused mal de barquement like symptoms, which has affected the gravity receptors in my inner ear. Hence the ringing, rocking, swaying etc. I have stopped the benzos completely and this protracted withdrawal may have made my symptoms worse. My advice will be to seek medical assistance and taper off the meds. Don't quit cold turkey or you will multiply your problems 10 fold.

For me the worst thing i can do is drink alcohol (that gives me instant dizziness even if i drink a small glass of anything) and drinking coffee gives me some sort of internal thing (like an internal shaking or agitation) that worsen the anxiety symptoms, also gives me stomach issues sometimes. For me a big help was magnesium that soften you for a short period of time....

I had this for 14 months now... I went to ENT, 2GPs , Psychiatrist, Endocrinologist they found nothing... I took klonopin it works but my nervousness got worst so i stop it...I cleansed my colon, i eat right, i sleep right i do exercise theres changes but the drunk feeling swaying dizziness is still there.. Then after watching the video of the eye doctor that the problem in our eyes is the cause of these symptoms,I tried his advice, not to use my gadget for a week like no tv no phones laptop and i bought eyedrops online maybe for a bit help the brand is (Hyssop) then after there’s a big change..from 30% of symptoms remaining to 10%.. For 3 days you will notice already the changes so i think this doctor is right it’s our eyes that we should take care and protect thru this blue lights of our gadgets.. Sleep 8 hours a day and take a break from using gadgets for a week and buy any eye drops for the fast recovery of our eyes..👍

Started watching dr joe Dispenza, gregg braden, Bruce lipton. Omg my symptons began to subside after a few weeks of listening to these guys. I started meditating. Stopped fearing coffee, sugar etc as I began to understand about the subconcious mind and how we programme it ourselves and also whats been ptogrammed from we are young. Hope your all good now. Once I have been lying down at night for 20 minutes, it goes away, and it usually doesn't come back until sometime after getting out of bed. Klonopin gives me about 50-75% relief which is better than nothing. One doctor said MdDS, but a few other doctors disagreed and said Vestibular migraine. I'm not really sure. Most mds are clueless and only push meds for symptoms instead of looking for cause. Stress Toxic mold/fungus/Aspergillus Affects every system. Extreme vertigo, weight loss, weakness. Affects the mind and thoughts. Feels like something is taking over your body and brain. It is....It’s the fungus and toxins. I’ve had this for 8 months now. Getting better but it takes time. All the symptoms he described. Extreme prolonged stress compromises the immune system. Toxic mold exposure. Mold/fungus in middle ear and lungs. The estachian tubes get blocked. Fluid and fungus gets trapped in middle ear affecting vestibular system. 90% of ear infections are fungal. This can lead to MCS(multiple chemical sensitivity). Treatment: alkaline diet. No sugar,GMOs or processed foods. Essential oils daily in ear and mastoid bone(infections proliferate in this area). Immune boosting supplements and natural antifungals. Nasal rinses. Steam inhalation with salt or essential oils. Pinch nose and clear estachian tubes daily to open up for drainage. Most important: decrease stress and cortisol levels through deep meditation and be constantly aware of thoughts. Neural retraining by changing daily routine and focus on healing with positive affirmations. Your thoughts affect your body and reality. We have power over our body. Believe! Melatonin for good 8 hour sleep. Exercise. Bonus beach trip. The salt water and air gets in ears, nose and lungs and kills fungus. Also, most important, vacations decrease stress. Also, cancer is a fungus which is treatable
