anyone heard if North Dumphries plans to replace there now gone Ariel 7 as I believe there ariel 7 was there 3rd ariel since the 70s counting the X Cambridge Young built Quint( that was slow when rolling) and the one it replaced that was a small Ariel (maybe EX Bell Canada from the 70s)

I have a question 4 u guys why do all emergency vehicles responding 2 calls running code 3 stop at every single red light or stop sign with your emergency lights activated I don't understand other vehicles have 2 yield 2 u guys I'm a former volunteer firefighter out of Williams Oregon and all we had was either stop or yield signs

Emergency agencies have to respond with whats called due regard, stop and clear the intersection, you can't sail through a red light even with ELS on cause if you get into an accident, YOU'RE at fault no matter if its a POV or a full fledged fire engine.

Oh ok I didn't know that because I wasn't trained enough in such a small rural town with only stop or yield signs but I live in the city now and I've witnessed it multiple times that like either Oregon State troopers AKA state police they didn't even slow down or try 2 stop at a red light when theyre blues we're activated and sirens on and I've witnessed an ambulance do the same thing or brand name 4 ambulances is AMR but the main stripes as they call it is one-way traffic going down south on 6thst and going north on 7thst with 3 lanes available most people usually depending what side you're driving in the fast or slow usually pull 2 left hand side 4 emergency vehicles and they just usually use the middle lane which is kinda of narrow or people driving in the slow lane again they'll move 2 the right side of the street I've pulled over pulled before and stopped in the left side of the street when any emergency vehicles were responding code 3 I'm guilty at times but I don't wanna make it harder on them if I was 2 pull 2 the right side because if I cause an accident then it'd be on me and police police don't like it if you're being pulled over if I'm in the left lane on a one-way street that's where I'm gonna stop I've had them get on there pa system and tell 2 pull 2 the right
