One wonders, when any presenter compares an ablation treatment to another, are they just cherry picking studies. Maybe the HIFU study was from ten years ago. Maybe the TULSA comparison is from a whole glad and not focal treatment. It’s some had to know what you’re buying.

I wonder what damage or negative outcomes could happen when the needle goes through the urethra. If it treats the different prostate zones completely, what happens when you have cancer in each zone, but 40-60% of the prostate is good tissue. More questions than answers.

I'm relatively new to CGMS and pumps. You absolutely nailed the problem. With CGM of today you have to anticipate and ignore because of lag time. My A1c has actually gone up not down. Although the stress of finger pricks ect have been received. Currently using medtronics pump with their supercomplicated CGM and because it's do complicated but is the only one that works with their pump I use Dexcom 7 as a back up. Really sucks I hope you solve this problem. Also 10 day would be better than 6 because when you change CGM sometimes you have periods of instability it take 3 days to trust your zCgm readings again.
