He said "light". If you have kids, you definitely know they're the biggest light in your life. You dont need to unload your problems on them. You dont need to ask for support. Just looking at them can do it for you. They make you realize what matters and what's bullshit. Plenty of parents do go to their kids for mental support though. No one knows you better than your kids. I dont expect you to understand. You have to be a parent to get it.
