I used watch this show every week... "people love you when you are leaving soon" I saw John in 1987 at Godfrey Daniels... He was singing songs from 'I Know" A witty song writer, a thinking man's Springsteen.

The song is a perfect meditation on the human condition and the flawed, mysterious and amazing thing called living. Perfectly executed by this tremendously gifted singer songwriter.
