And why do people keep building on the beach when they keep losing property as it's swept out into the ocean? And also they build on fault lines we are there is constant earthquakes and home damage. they build on hills that mudslide down yearly people are crazy where they built stuff and live. They picked the worst places to live and expect nothing to happen to them. Then when it does they're all shocked.
