Might be, but the population is like Texas big metros (that actually have mammoth side roads) in the Boston area yet the state highways are mostly 1 lane roads in many cases with no turning lanes. Pack your patience to deal with the backups caused by traffic lights with no turn lanes especially in school season when everyone drives their kids to school!

I've also had a "cash buyer" falsify bank statements for proof of funds. He was trying to buy a home with stolen money. His deposit check bounced. One of his schemes fell apart and since he could not perform he backed out. I later testified in court against this man who finally went to jail for money laundering, identify fraud, falsifying financial statements, larceny by check and forgery, just to name a few.

I received 2 similar calls to sell vacant land on the north shore; Middleton and Gloucester. In both cases, the man claiming to be the owner, was not. My team did the research and found the phone numbers of the owners which did not match the man calling. We reached out to the owners to inform them what was happening. If you do get a call, you have the right to ask the seller for identification. Do some research and BEWARE!
