Hi Andrea, thank you for sharing your experience! I already had my portfolio review interview, and now I'm preparing for the behavioural one. My question is: Did the interviewer touch on every single one of the leadership principles?

Hi there Mariana! Thanks for checking out my video, I’m so glad you found it helpful :) To answer your question, I personally focused on a few Leadership Principles I would find very important to my role such as, Customer Obsession, Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, and Think Big. It’s great to understand each one, but it wasn’t expected of me to touch upon each one during my interview. I hope this helps! 😊

Hi Andrea! The Mindset part was definetely noteworthy, I cannot imagine how many times I apply those same principals towards my journey. My takeway is, while your in the process of developing your UX skillset and looking for roles, know that the resilience you build is going to define your character towards your entire life IMO.
