That is incredible, my rich friends are all buying Taylors and now I can see why! My 34cc OBR reed motors are awesome, but the Taylor pulls the front wheels like it's nothing- that truck is almost 40 lbs.!

This 70cc twin is much faster than obr twins. Not in the same league! The alx twin is more powerful and a great engine of course. But it’s nearly double the weight, we prefer this lightweight option

Hi Mike .. on the 50gt on the carb there is no choke where u said on its ..so do I open up the throttle little bit then start it ?
@TAYLORRC
@TAYLORRC 2 ай бұрын
I assume this means you dont have the WJ carb, which is ok, some older ones might have a WT version, if no choke then i bet its a Rooster 990 Full mod, so just a crack of throttle and go for it, cna choke by hand if want for one pull by blocking the air intake during the pull

That's pretty good! I don't have a goped,but I do have an uberscoot 2x that I recently replaced the 49cc engine with a 15hp 58cc 2stroke twin cylinder engine,a steering damper for as much control as possible, and a set of 110-50-6.5in high performance, speed rated tires,and have hit 85-87mph constantly! And on one occasion the fastest I have ever got it was 91mph on my gps! That I've never been able to beat since! And it was really fu#%$@# scary!!! One mistake and your toast! A red streak running down the pavement!

Hi brother my 35 Taylor doesn't start or even impossible to start it carburettor wt 1107 mod setting taylor H 2T L 1T 3/8 new spark plug nothing nothing ignition good petrol arrives well to the carburettor, engine that drowns but nothing to do!! Do you have any advice, everything is new, brother, thank you👍👍👍👍
@TAYLORRC
@TAYLORRC 3 ай бұрын
Good morning Michel Sure we can get you sorted Is this the very first time you tried to start the engine since getting it in November? Have you checked the carb gaskets are fitted correctly and not leaking the pulse pressure? Are you familiar with the choke on the 1107 and how to avoid flooding an engine. its quite common while learning to start the 35cc to flood is by accident as it draws so hard on the carb compared to stock engines. Its best to prime with the carb bulb, then turn choke on, make one fast hard pull with choke, now turn choke off, open throttle to 5% and go for starting If you do accidentally flood it. Just remove carb, pull over few times and it should start from the fuel inside engine, rev high and then die. Now you can restart Regards

very interested in this engine, ive not long purchased an ESP 34cc Race Ported engine, but its not as good as i thought it would be, lacks bottom end power and ive tried 2 different pipes with it (Olimat unsilenced & Bartelone mid bleed) I've also tried diff carbs including the 1107 modified one from Taylor Rc. Also tried different gearing etc. So my question is, will this V2 give much more bottom end power than a 34 race ported such as my ESP piston port engine? Because i don't want to shell out £800 only ti find performance is similar to what i already have!? Any info much appreciated...Also i read in last comment here form someone that the V2 comes supplied with a cheap chinese coil & crappy pull start... is this so!? Thanks in advance!
@TAYLORRC
@TAYLORRC 3 ай бұрын
Good morning, thanks for the interest. Bottom end grunt whilst keeping rpm has become what the 35 is famous for, but for your own good research i would make sure to watch some actual running video too to see it with your own eyes! The long stroke and Long rod crank (which no other cheap small engine has) and our innovative port layout makes for lots and lots of grunt. We did use the (proven and much loved by most i should add) BWS starter for the earlier 35s, but changed it to an upgraded better one more recently to ensure we are ahead of the competition. Our coil has been close to 100% reliable and quality equal or better to any brand on the market, i can only assume such a comment is from a friend of a competitor brand. Our engines come with manufacturing defect warranties anyway.

@@TAYLORRC hi buddy! ...ok great, thanks alot for info, it will be for my dbxl 2.0, im interested in the 9.5k clutch & also the 1257 carb you have on your website bought as a combo, will this engine just drop right in? or will i need other parts to fit it to my chassis? Also what gearing would you recommend for pinion, i have a vertigo clutch bell at present? And finally, do you have any promo code or offers on atm :) ?Cheers!
@TAYLORRC
@TAYLORRC 3 ай бұрын
@@tizdaz5698 nice one! For the DBXL 2.0, the V2 Billet rc piston port style engine will drop right in. Only mod (same as any billet case engine) is just to shave a little off the bottom underneath plastic engine bracket for the dbxl. If you want the reed, same mod to bottom bracket but also remember the carb is in a different place so cage mod is required. Vertigo is best, nice one, i would go with a 23T pinion
