I've tried and tried to find Dr. Wasserman's number, so I can book an apt. but he seems to have evaporated into thin air? Where is he? Is no longer practicing? No phone number, no address, no way to reach him. What's up with this guy?

I love the love you both have for one another. You both are such a wonderful example of what love is supposed to be. You guys have blessed me with more joy than you know. Hopefully, some day, you will see this comment, and it will add to your heart. Watching your videos has added to my heart so much love, and I appreciate you both for all you do for so many people. Though, I would love to meet you in person, I'm sure it will not happen. I don't have long on this earth, and I will love you both for the rest of my life, and beyond. Keep up the great work you do.

My bestie just lost her mom March 6, 2024. Alzheimer's/dementia. She said the same thing. About a 7 yr journey. I was woth her when her baby boy had a lead in his 1st musical. She heard the rehearsals til showtime. I had the honors of sitting with Mama (what i called her) whilen she heard him sing. She perked UP!! She asked who that was. I told her that's her baby singing. She was cognizant forthe last time. After I'd come me home,she was in the hospital til she passed a few days later... I give you my heartfelt sympathies...💖🙏💖🙏

Great information! Juggling work, care, and kids were some of the most difficult years of my life! I'm grateful employers are starting to recognize how their working caregivers need their support.

Really felt Felicia's comment about how she felt sort of guilty about the fact that she's now able go out and enjoy life and the idea that her dad had to die for her to be able to do that. Guilt because of the feeling of relief is such a challenging emotion.

With everything you side, you never mentioned the cost of it or mentioned there is a monthly fee too. As if everyone can afford something like this.

Shane I can really relate with you on the hatred and disgust that people feel towards disabled people. I’m so happy that you and Hannah are doing the work that you do to support disabled individuals it will make a huge impact in this world.

Speaking from experience as a direct support professional. It isn’t so much the meager wages, it is the fact the companies that employ us are so money hungry that they work us to death, treat us like we are children, do not protect us (from violent recipients in our care), and the list goes on and on. 9 out of 10 times, is the employer that burns us out. NOT the person needing care. 😭😭😭😭
@joyceperry37292 жыл бұрын
This is disgusting. A company born from the idea of helping people can't see the forest for the trees. This only proves the old adage, you don't quite the job you quite the employer!
