Nice tutorial. You shouldn't use the highest level of the subdivision surface modifier though. The entire thing was low poly before of that and afterwards it had more than a million triangles, etc. Instead you should go for level 1-2 and maybe just auto smooth/smooth it afterwards. For example if you'd put this in a game, the game would be lagging because of how many polys the cupcake has. (The tutorial was great. This comment is just a reminder for viewers who want to use this in a game or whatever)

Can you explain what you were clicking to go from a cylinder to the tapered cone? I'm very new ro this and just want to make a tapered "pipe" to be able to fit my airgun barrel haha it needs to be the same od for the entire length but the inside needs to be able to taper and I can't find videos or stl files to print

Hey, sorry for the long response. You can open curve profiles only once in the left lower corner, while adding an object. You have no opportunity to edit if after(

Sorry for late answer. Select the contour of the tartlet and copy it to a new object (Right Click, Separate, Selection) and work further with it (Ctrl + E, Ctrl + S)
