I loved 2018 i bought used so much that i got brand new 2022. 140hrs in 3rd season of enduro races here in UK. Only what i have changed are Xtrig clamps and NECJ needle. This thing lugs so much that is unreal for 250.

Ditto's, I have had a mess of two strokes over the years and 2 years ago picked up the 300 SE and the 250 SE for my wife. If I had of known how well the 250 lugs I would have gotten two of them. IMO the 250 SE out lugs three of the other 300 two strokes I've owned from other manufactures, it of course does not lug as well as the 300SE but I think no other 300 two stroke on the market does either.

I have $0.02 to offer with this kit: When it is installed make sure that if you go with their intake system with this kit that whoever does the install, they do not connect the catch can to the airbox, caught that after we got it back. Also, our engine lasted about 2 days with this turbo, the tune was way too hot and roasted the 2 & 3 pistons. We asked to have it tuned conservatively so we can run reliably in Mexico on Pemex. We were in Glamis running a mix 50/50 mix of 91 and VP110, with boost peaking around 14 psi making 260-280 whp. In my humble opinion it was too high boost, and too lean a tune for a 12.5:1 compression ratio engine. The engine is now at Cryoheat in Oceanside CA getting a full rebuild to the tune of $20k, it will be running a more conservative 10:1 compression ratio and a stand-alone EMS. That being said the performance was absolutely stunning (when it ran), the turbo is well sized for the 2.0 engine offering a very controllable, predictable and efficient use of the available power. Even in hindsight I would still recommend this kit, just watch your engine temps, AFRs, and boost levels, an engine this high strung from the factory doesn't leave a lot of margin for tuning error.

Awesome! We love KTM too but once you ride a Sherco you will never go back ;)
