when you're uploading a video you just randomly pick a video and upload it to your channel. But this is not the right way. There is a need for lots of customization for your channel.//////////

The customer needs the product. They want the result. They don’t care about the thing (they assume we are competent); they care about the outcome they really want. - Keith Besherse

Brian is correct. The owner is the limiting factor. For those of us who have chosen to not grow beyond solo owner-operator, that choice is the limiting barrier.

I lean toward using John Maxwell’s definition of leadership. Leadership is influence. The difference between good and bad leadership is seen in the characteristics and behaviors.

There must be two pilots in every airliner. And those pilots must have a specified amount of rest before each duty period and that period is explicitly restricted to a certain number of hours. I agree with your point, we must comply with the unique circumstances of our industry. That is what owners and managers do. Those regulations and situations are not a reason to do nothing. Solving those challenges so we can serve customers is literally our job description.

From a philosophical perspective, every individual is entitled to be a protected class. Brian’s recommendation: identify the most restrictive rules and apply that criteria to all policies across the board. Preparation exercise, what would it look like if a protected class person were the first person to experience the new policy.

Couldn't be more true for my accounting firm. We got a tax client this year who moved from a different accounting firm simply because when she was at the other accounting firm, and she gave the paperwork to their accountant the accountant just dropped the docs on the desk. And the client thought if that's how they handle my paperwork when I drop it off how do they handle my taxes. Interesting stuff
