Oh if i was to direct this scene i would not make a close up on her face but let the audience watching from behind the protagonist as the woman getting closer and closer from afar. That would make even me shiver every time i think about that. We never see her face shes just there standing menacingly. But this scene here is also frightening in its own way.

I feel the distant shot works so well because she’s almost like a mannequin. Her wide chest and skirt don’t quite match up to the noodle thin arms which are too skinny to be considered human. The distant shot also suggests she might not even have a face, much like a mannequin. It’s an imitation of a human, and you can’t be sure if it’s intent or capacity to hurt you. In other words, she’s just standing there… menacingly…

Fitzcarraldo makes an herbal tea mix containing the oil of the Sapharon tree taken from the Maylay jungle. He imports the oil to western Brazil. He makes the herbal tea with the oil. He offers it to the native king. The King drinks and becomes drunk. Soda has the same affect on people trying the drink for the first time. Young or old, they suffer intoxication.

You can't go anywhere, you can't escape of this fucking, stinking camp, because you never know when they call... because you have to be here... because you're paid for, you're in the contract... and you can't just go! :( it means - you are completely CAPTUTED here. COMPLETELY! :(( ... So of course, you have this ✨ view ✨ ... instead of... something else... And you feel you're right in jungle. Which is a ✨ GOOD FEELING... ✨ Hm, nice. 💙💚💛❤️

I knew a German girl many years ago at college. She was quite attractive and carried herself well. But she had a very vicious temper when she got angry and she couldn't control it. It was intimidating at times. She would be very blunt and would really have a wild, crazed look on her face when she became irate. Looking back, she was a nice person but was very emotional so when angry, she wasn’t holding back at all. When she wasn't angry though, she was one of the nicest and sweetest people ever. So...seeing Klaus speaking here reminded me of how she was.
