What to do with my day old homemade Brioche? Make Stuffed French Toast of course! @timabell requested French toast. Ask and I deliver! Cut your bread in good 1” slices, make a slit 3/4 the way through. Fill with 1T mixture of cream cheese & jam. I used 1/3C whipped cream cheese and 3T of my homemade berry jam for 4 pieces of bread. What happened to the full breakdown of the entire process......You started out at the dipping process but not candy in the pot....but you showed how you crushed the Jolly Ranchers Great Outcome but Presentation wasn't fully hitting the mark....They Look and Sounded Good

How do I stop grapes from “melting”. I always allow the candy to cool down and then dip my grapes and allow them to dry but they always break down 😥

I use green grapes. Mine have never broken down. What color grapes do you use?

You can try storing the grapes in the freezer beforehand. That way when you take them out to dip in the hot candy mixture it won’t get mushy.
