Tithing is something I am working on. But I also think tithing is more than giving ur church a flat 10% it’s also about giving to those less fortunate. Or giving in service to God.

"Truth is eternal and unchanging". Except it not about truth. It's about what you believe... have been convinced is true. That bit does change. And if it never does, you are just dogmatic. Zealous.

You're kidding right? So we should reintroduce slavery or was that nopt God's word and unchanging? What you are saying is that some parts of the Bible are God's word (and unchanging) but other parts of the Bible are the customs of the time. The trouble with that theory is you can't tell which is which.

Until you read the Bible and see how many times it says God changed his mind and changed the rules.
