I love bolo de mel.... it's like Jamaica cake and fruit cake. It's has a very strong taste but if you like ginger cake you will love this.. ❤️ 😍 Christiano status looks like Wayne rooney. The head is squished like a football.. next time go to the valley of nuns and try to be around the festivals around middle August.. the old town is covered in flowers

So, it's different from ship to ship but usually in port days 4-7h and sea days 7-9h. The time off depends also on the itinerary of the ship you're in, usually in a week you have 3/4 days on ports and 1/2 sea days

The 'Pan Bati' that you enjoyed translates to 'Whisked Bread' and its main ingredient is grinded sorghum grains together with milk, egg, sugar, salt and vanilla. Maybe you can look up the recipe and bring it home with you. Glad you enjoyed our island🇦🇼
