It is 2025 and this is last time I remember the nba was actually exciting. As everyone knows its is a total embarrassment today,

Who's watching in 2025? I loved insanity. The ultimate sports Cinderella story. Can't stand the nba anymore. Adam silver ruined it and it nothing more than 3 pt shooting now. Yawn...

The way the knicks played during this time really feels like modern basketball before it became normalized. Lots of pick and roll, drives to the basket, and kick outs for threes. And Tyson chandler being the prototypical big man for an offense like that too. Defensive presence but a constant lob threat too. No wonder they found so much success

7:10 the most embarrassing moment in Toronto sports. ...worse that an time the leafs blew a 3-1 lead. these assholes cheered louder for lin's game winner than when they won the title in 19.

2024 still rewatching. It was an electrifying time. I remember watching this unfold in real time. Anticipating every other knicks game. Consuming all the buzz, news clips, morning show segments on the games the night before any time it came on. Climaxing with that raptors game and that game winning 3. Pure magic. I was a kid again during that time. It was ridiculous.

Lin really made the NYK an allstar team, a contenders so sad melo doesn't want him. But if it was me i will choose Lin over Melo all day.

9:42 that play with Lin hitting the buzzer beater three, backing up nodding his head smiling and sticking his tongue out was my favorite linsanity moment.

What I like about that is that he knew he had to shoot cause the shot clock was almost done.

Sept 2024. Wow all those Knicks fans traveled from NYC to Toronto to cheer on Jeremy Lin. Toronto fans sold their tickets to Knicks fans for that game? Heard one player on the Knicks forced Jeremy Lin out of the team because he didn’t want Jeremy Lin to be the star player on the Knicks?

10 years old. Standing in my parents driveway. The scream of the fans ringing in my ears. But there was no one around. And yet, everyone there knew I was the underdog. And by everyone, I mean me and my dog, who was tied up to the lead in the backyard. Just before the imaginary buzzer blared, I took the shot. With a swish, the whole non existent stadium rose to their feet in a deafening roar. And yet, no matter how amazing the imaginary moment seemed to me at the time, it paled in comparison to 7:13. The dream was actually real, even if just for a second.
