The property is 90% in our score because there is room for improvements and that's not a bad thing because you can make it they way you want it.

Would we live at this estate? The answer is yes! Why because its not too far from the city and the community is quiet and private. Its a perfect place for someone who desire peace of mind and access to other major amenities just minutes away.

This house is inside one of Taf gated estate here in the Gambia. Its a 3 bedroom two bathroom house with ample space outdoor to get creative. The estate is quiet and its around 25 minutes drive to the city and 15 minutes drive to the Sanyang beach.
