@@vesabrankopace - yes. Well, apple brandy / apple rakia, whatever we want to call it. Same thing. Delicious! I imagine that the EU trade-name police won't let anyone call anything "calvados" unless it happens to be made in a specific area of France. At least that's what they do with lots and lots of other products. So I've never tried anything with "calvados" written on the label, just a variety of different apple spirits. Yum!

В яблоках много пиктина. Если не фильтровать затор перед постановкой на брожение, то при брожении с яблочной мезгой образуется много метилового спирта. Не буду думать, что дистиллятом кто то отравится, но опьянение и похмелье будет тяжелым.

там один перегон, по-любому куча примесей идёт и головная боль :)) зато напиток должен быть ароматным... в бочку на 3-5 лет норм будет...

Всё таки лучше делать и вторую перегонку. Аромат пусть будет слабее, зато можно будет больше выпить и мягче пьётся,да и голова не будет болеть🥃😉

с чего бы аромату быть слабее, на втором перегоне нормально головы отобрал, а потом выгнал в нужной крепкости тело, все что останется потом в спирт, получается топчик, а тут либо в бочке 5 лет созревать, либо для любителей вонючек, таких тоже не мало

Да тут вообще ужас, это пить вообще нельзя, сбраживают яблоки со жмыхом, там Пектин из него дрозжи набраживают метиловый спирт, его крайне трудно отделить от этилового, плюс одна перегонка плюс медь на стороне готового продукта, плюс полная антисанитари́я, Ароматный яд.

茨城には焼そばの露店はあってもこんなに大盛りにはしてくれない。美味しいよね🤤タイムサービスも勿論無い。値段は1パック500円ですが量が凄く少ない😢こんなに気前の良い焼きそばなら絶対に美味ッ!😋😊

It's for the fermented fruit husk not to get burn from the fire at the bottom of the pot. There are two main types of home brandy pots on sale in Serbia, with a stirrer like you see in this video, which is usually slightly more expensive, and the other type with some kind of sieve at the bottom of the pot that prevents fruit husk to get burn from the fire. When you work with a pot without a stirrer you have to be very careful with fire, because you can easily burn fruit husk and your brandy will have a bad taste. The most important item regarding the quality of the home brandy pot is how thick the bottom of the pot is, to keep it simple, the thicker the bottom the better, the pot must be made of copper with over 99,9% purity.
