Hello. I arrived at the San Francisco Airport. Going through border and immigration check, I was asked the reason for my visit and I told them for vacation and showed them my return ticket. I am a business owner from Nigeria and I have been in and out of the US severally just like in other countries. No crime record, no arrest , no past deportation of any kind. The Chinese office asked me to follow another office. As I was about to enter the office, I was pulled aside and was told to agree with them that I was coming to work. I said my final destination is not even Califonia. Was just going to spend some grieving time with family as I just lost my brother. Then I go to Arizona to my friend who just lost the wife who also was my friend. I intend to see what Vegas is all about and then head for NewYork back to Qatar for a tour and then back to Nigeria. All of a sudden I saw they were 4officers questioning all at once. Then I creamed to ask what my offense was and I was treated like a criminal. My bag was taken, my phones , they took my boarding pass got my suitcases. The officers kept telling me to admit I want to work to make my case easy. Ask how much money I had in Nigeria and the exchange rate, check my cases, asked why I had so many fancy clothing, they frisked me severally. Every new officer that came rummaged through my luggage and body. I felt defiled. Could not speak. Just looking at them resting their hands on their guns while they questioned me. Well I had all my school certificates from all schools I have attended, certificates and training including deeds to my property in Nigeria. I always keep them in my traveling bag to avoid them being stolen or burnt in fires. We don't have good documenting storage. Among those certificates was a few weeks training on caregiver to take care of my aging father who is 89yrs old. I explained to them why I took the course and left for Nigeria immediately. I told them about my internship and how I was given $1200 by my boss for filling in extra time she was not available. The facility is in Maricopa in Arizona for old people. Then they said I should not have accepted the money. And that is my offense. My visa was revoked and I am banned from entering the US for 5yrs. While I waited I realised I just went through racial profiling because it turned out San Francisco Airport is the entry point for all ineligible Chinese people. If they send them to be question, they claim not to speak English and they all come with print out in a file. They are taken aside, don't know what they say or tell them but they let in. Myself, an Indian man, one Jamaican guy and two Portuguese ladies. We were all sent back and poorly treat. Do I have a case here? I want to appeal this case. hhow do I go about it.? Edith Erabor

Like 2months ago I tried to enter USA through a land border between New Brunswick Canada and Maine, I been holding the B1/B2 visa for 2 years and that is my first attempt trying to get into USA , sadly I got my visa revoked by one rude cbp officer out of no reason. What if I was shamed and didn't no that I got tricked she was from Mexico we worked together she sadused me I fell for it after I get married she put a.dov on me on a Sunday I go to jail got out Monday because I would never touch a woman and nothing is on my record for that kinda charge now I'm in Kentucky and she's in sandiego/tj Mexico living her real life I became homeless and filled for an annulment but kept getting threading from people who I believe we're cartel so I left and I've even sent her money on Facebook messenger through my cash app and she has a last name I've never heard Im very poor and am in a program now with permanent supportive housing and I actually got jumped by a black man and her two teen age boys in 2017 she tried lying to the cops but the neighbors seen it so God had my back .. I haven't seen or heard from her in a couple months now because her 7yr old daughter told me about 6 months ago that they have a new family now she had a daughter right after we got married were I was in delivery but was escorted out the hospital the very next day I didn't sign the birth certificate I don't believe she's mine she looks 100% Mexican I'm afraid for my life everyday because I got jumped by her kids and have been followed by allot of people from Cali to Vegas and even now in Kentucky I feel like this program may be involved for the money because the case worker assigned to my case hasn't even seen me in 2 months and she's been sending some black man to do her work and they tried to get me to sign a blank document that would actually could potentially institutionalize me for ever I took a pic of that document actually I feel like this woman isn't going to stop until I'm dead there for she'll profit off me because she'd be my wife legally but I haven't been with this scam artist scum for over 3yrs.
