Ah. I was looking for day 4. I was confused. You have weeks and days. So, I guess I lost my way, but I will go to YMCA for my day 4 on skierg. I have been consistently going to the gym doing the treadmill and stairmaster and swimming. I am glad I discovered skierg and your videos. One of those life changing things. I can move throughout my day, without pain.

Not many people use the SkiErg at the gym because they’re unsure how to use it. I was one of those people until I discovered PrivateGym SkiErg workouts. Doing squats with the SkiErg has been a game-changer, and the other exercises have significantly improved my flexibility and strength. Since I started using the SkiErg regularly, I’ve noticed more people giving it a try. Some have even approached me to ask about the workouts I’m doing. Another underused piece of equipment at the gym is the arm bike, the bike where you pedal using your arms while sitting down. I'd love to find a workout for that as well.

Hello, I am a 54 year old man looking for a 12-week program that I can follow at least 3 days a week Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 1 hour per day and this looks like a program for me using just dumbbells with light cardio does joining mean I have access from day one week one to the last day of the 12 weeks how does that work. My job allows me to work out 3 days a week Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 1 hour per day will this program benefit me and what steps will I need to take?

This program is designed to be flexible, so working out Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for 1 hour each day fits perfectly. Do you have any recommendations for more frequent workouts with strength and fitness as my goals? Maybe D1 (total boday), rest day, D2, D3, rest day, repeat?
