@@mhileshidalgobrillantes7848yes different packet per cover letter, except sa isa pang cover letter na yun yung pinaka Summary kung ano yung mga forms na i-submit nyo po.then once na ipadala nyo na po either Fedex or USPS ipagsama lahat ng packet at yung pinaka summary ng cover letter ipagsama sa loob ng Fedex or USPS pouch saka i-sealed.

Hi @@lauraglipay3658 need nyo po mag log in mismo sa USCIS website din once meron na kayo account sign in lang po kayo once mag email ang USCIS sa inyo ng access code yun ang input nyo para ma track if ano na ang status ng application nyo din check nyo lang po makikita naman doon if kailan ang schedule ng biometric nyo etc. Hard copy ng biometric ipadala po nila yun sa mismong address nyo po.

L1 visa po pero may application ako ng I-140 for EB3 na approved na po waiting po ng interview. pero andito po ako sa US nag work, pwede kaya mag apply ng change status nalang dito, ayaw ko muna umuwi sa Pinas kasi dito yung dependents ko mahirap bumyahe nag school din kasi mga bata.

No sis, di ka pwede mag file ng AOS under an L1 visa unless your priority date is current. If your priority date is not current, you must wait until it becomes current before you can file for AOS. (Di ako expert sis, better mag-ask ka din sa iba baka meron din naka experience same ng situation nyo po, Good luck!)

As of April 1, 2024, each form requires a separate payment. Here’s how the fees break down: • Form I-485: $1,440 • Form I-765: $260 • Form I-131: $630 You will need to submit three separate checks, if you are applying for all three at once​.
