A BRILLIANT, DETERMINED WOMAN. It's a shame the NAACP & THE CIVIL RIGHTS ORGANIZATION didn't talk about her in promoting aspiring people to look up to during the civil rights era

It's sad that our public school education system in America didn't talk about her at all, especially during black history month during the 60s and 70s. It's refreshing to hear directly from her grandson and great grand daughter about her rather than a so called historian. Her story needs to be told in a more in depth series to the world via the Internet. Thank you Mrs Eunice Carter for your contributions to society and mankind. Thank you for representing black women and men in a positive light. RIP Mrs Carter

Three years and no comments? Unbelievable. Not only is Stephen Carter a brilliant novelist but he comes from a rich legacy of black activists. The story of his grandmother is one most of us have never even heard. I’m almost 75 and am determined to find the actual book that I can hold in my hand and turn actual pages to read. I am also impressed that Stephen L Carter has passed his rich legacy to his daughter Leah. This is truly an amazing black family.

I’m only here to find Stephen L Carter’s book “Invisible “. Never even heard of Eunice Carter… only after looking him up on YT after reading 3 of his fictional novels; one for the 2nd time. “Palace Council”. Is Invisible still in print? Where can I find it?. Senior citizen here.

Yeah …they still arrest children without developmental disabilities through family court and they put them on behavioral meds risperidal (nurse practitioner prescribed to everyone) that cause severe health problems..obesity and then staff criticize every food choice they make.

In my opinion, Former District Attorneys should not be qualified to be a judge, and surely not on the highest court bench. It should not be allowed ethically. This effects many defendants involved in criminal appeals as well as other cases. When someone serves as a prosecutor for a longer period of time their brains become wired in certain negative guilty way. They see everyone as bad and guilty. Just like a prosecutor wouldn’t want a criminal defense lawyer to sit on a jury, same should apply to prosecutors not being able to sit on the highest court, surely not without some cool off period. In my view, going from being a prosecutor straight to being a judge should not be ok. Just because someone was a good prosecutor and obtained many convictions and pleas, it doesn’t mean they will be a great judge and rule with a clear unbiased view, it’s actually quite the opposite. Many wrongful convictions, that lost on all rounds of appeals, in most if not in all cases former prosecutors that became appellate judges were a major factor in these bad convictions, because these judges, as well meaning as they might think they are, essentially all they were doing was rubber stamping these convictions , because they were unable to take a real fresh look with a fresh set of eyes and heart, because they look out of the eyes and lens, and hearts of a former prosecutor, instead of viewing each case as neutral arbitrator. I say this with the highest regard of respect. I just feel that it is humanly impossible, physically and mentally for a former prosecutor to be fair to a criminal defendant, because of the way their brains become wired up.

It sad and shame that supreme court justices keep on surrendering the people's civil constitutional rights for the sake of government convenience, this is contrary to their oath of affirmation as per article 6, paragraph 2 of the constitution of USA . A boy scout takes their oath to the constitution more serious than government officials today ! The Bill of Rights is going down the drain, because we can't find a judge with courage and honesty to uphold the constitutional civil rights ! American judges are going down road of fascism , which is destroying and undermining the Bill of Rights and the Republic of USA .

🧰🌎Gardens on every block🌎🧰 could resolve hunger&unemployment. Also, Central & South America's cultures were imbued by the 1400's introduction of millions of slaves & hundreds of thousands of conquistadors. South & Central America were made dependent by established cultural & economic norms reliant upon European & North American settlers. As trade amongst international economies increased in frequency; the contextually neglected by mainstream, recorded history were utilized by secretive organizations to prevent knowledgable populaces from valuing one another's prosperity. The KU kLUx KLAN maintain gangs as their ancestors maintained selected slaves; extorting while addressing problematic circumstances; so external pressures upon key aggressors within communities & nations may increase internal pressures until those who establish Democractic sovereignty are left overwhelmed. Consistent international cultural & economic dependence reliant upon overwhelming leaders leads self maintenance through codes of silence susceptible to predatory, secretive organizations established throughout colonization. Conservatism prevalent throughout nations that endured slavery seems to be a byproduct of overwhelmed, disparaged defiance.

Well did we learn to stop letting the wealthy elite like the Rockefeller Foundation from playing with vaccines and tested on our military which created a killer flu or virus? Hell no we didn't we have bill gates playing around with mrna injections they claim is a virus that is killing innocent people! I understand why the world hates our country! The Spanish flu started on our military base!

Adrian van de Donk a dutch lawyer went to the VOC headoffice to ask for a payment toward the African people for building New Amsterdam. The VOC agreed whit his statement and gave the African slaves the burger status farm land and money to build farms. The Dutchman Peter Stuyvesant made this very clear in a letter towards the English when he surrendered the the city. The New Netherland Institute has translated the letters.

S. Hazard Gillespie died at age 100 almost 2 years ago. For 18 years, he was my friend, my husband and one of the smartest people I had ever met. His devotion and love for all who came to him for advice, was one of his charms. His wisdom and passion for the law was his life. One of my greatest blessings was to know him.
