just wanted to point out the fact that the video was recorded around February 6th 2024 and was released on August 7th 2024. Anyways, it was interesting from time to time

Not sure where the August date came from? For clarity, the video was recorded around Feb 13th and premiered on Twitch shortly there after in I believe late March or early April with a 2019 video of Duel Links. As for the KZbin premiere date...it was today...September 9th. But yes the game is fun time to time.

This version no. However, they did just release metal slug attack reloaded, which is an offline version of the original game. It's available on PC and modern consoles

You know the current Metal Slug might be base on this with the characters having a health bars, were the old MS games don't have it and have only respawn numbers 😅.

@unnamedlegeon this game, along with 1st and 2nd mission, has health bars, which appeared to be SNKs way of adapting Metal Slug for handheld devices. I love 95% of metal slug games, regardless of the life/health system and I hope they continue making them in both styles tbh.

3:59 That rival name someone said they gave their rival… 🫥 I think some time recently (last few months) there must have been a patch.. I actually got Shining Pearl, tried to name my rival “Uranus” (fits in with the game) and *wouldn’t let me* so I think they have done a patch to block inappropriate names 😮‍💨 (I just went with Cow Lick Bob; cause his hair style/ look and ‘Bob’ was a random choice) Or so I hope for a few reasons. Lil disappointed mine wasn’t allowed BUT if it’s a patch blocking remotely inappropriate names- I’m fine. Though, been trying for weeks for a shiny chimchar starter, no luck and wondering if they now have shiny locked your starter pick 😰😡
